Permanent Associate to manage complex construction projects, client relationships and delivery teams across the full project lifecycle in Northampton.
£75k to £100k per annum
Associate required by a growing Northampton consultancy to manage multiple complex projects and act as the main client contact across the full project lifecycle — from feasibility estimates to final account settlements.
You will help grow the business through collaborative relationships with existing and potential new clients, negotiate fees and scope of work robustly, and play a pivotal role in the engagement and motivation of your team and clients alike.
You will also support and manage graduates and junior staff, provide commercial knowledge and advice to clients, and assist with the APC programme.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the construction industry
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel and the wider MS software suite
- Collaborative approach with ability to delegate to junior staff
- Line management experience
- RICS Chartered with 5+ years' experience
- Flexible, self-motivated and willing to go above and beyond
