Modern Slavery Policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026
CX Recruit Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. This policy sets out our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to implementing effective systems to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our own business and in our supply chains.
Our commitment
We're committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business, or in the businesses we place candidates with or engage as suppliers.
How we manage this
- We verify the identity and right to work of every candidate we place, in line with UK, US, and Irish employment eligibility requirements as applicable.
- We only work with clients and suppliers who share our commitment to ethical business practices.
- We expect anyone working with or for CX Recruit to raise concerns about suspected modern slavery, without fear of reprisal.
- Any concerns raised are investigated and, where appropriate, escalated to the relevant authorities.
