This statement is made voluntarily by CX Recruit Ltd. It sets out the steps we take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains for the year ending [DATE].

CX Recruit Ltd is below this threshold, but we choose to publish this statement as a matter of good practice, and because our clients and partners in the Data Centre and critical facilities sector often expect it as part of their own supply chain due diligence.

Our business

CX Recruit Ltd is a specialist recruitment business supplying permanent and, where applicable, contract Project Controls and Commissioning professionals to clients across the United States. Our supply chain is limited: it primarily consists of professional services (IT, hosting, software tools) and does not involve manufacturing, goods sourcing, or labour supply chains of the kind typically associated with higher modern slavery risk.

Our steps

• We verify the identity and right to work of every candidate we place.
• We only engage suppliers and partners who we have no reason to believe are involved in forced labour, human trafficking, or exploitative practices.
• We require anyone working with CX Recruit to raise concerns about suspected modern slavery, and we investigate any concerns raised.
• As our team grows, we will introduce formal induction training covering modern slavery awareness.
