Quantity Surveyor required for a new-build enterprise Data Centre in Newport, South Wales. Measurement and monthly valuation of subcontract packages, variation pricing, cost value reconciliation and support to the commercial manager.
Requirements
- 4+ years quantity surveying on construction projects
- NEC or JCT experience
- Data Centre or mission critical exposure preferred
